We offer Saver delivery of £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked for all orders under £50. We offer free delivery for orders over £50. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We offer Royal Mail 24 delivery of £4.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days. Orders will need to be submitted before 2pm Mon - Fri. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

 We offer DPD next working day delivery of £7.99. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses. Orders will normally arrive the next working day. To ensure next working day delivery; orders will need to be submitted before 2pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.

Christmas cut-off Express Delivery last shipping date: 21st December (order by 2pm)

Extended Returns: Any purchases made from 1st November 2023 can be returned until 14th January 2024. 

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, visit www.royalmail.com or www.dpd.co.uk to track your order.

Royal Mail will always try to deliver items first time, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour, however if this isn’t suitable customers can use the Royal Mail app to stop this from happening at the address.

Royal Mail would then take the item back to the Delivery Office and leave a card with instructions for the customer to collect it.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.

TIMING OF ORDERS

We process orders in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Therefore, if your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay. Orders will normally arrive in 2-5 working days. Next day delivery orders will normally arrive between 1-2 working days. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland and Scottish Islands can take between 3 - 4 working days to arrive.

OUTSIDE UK DELIVERIES 

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Over national UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise purchased from www.amblerssafety.com within 14 days from receipt of your order.

Returned items must be new, unworn or unused, and must have all outer and inner packaging materials, products with original tags, labels and gift with purchase in place. Please do not affix labels, write on, or alter the shoe boxes as this will deem the item as unsaleable.

Simply complete the Returns Form that is enclosed in your order, repackage the goods along with the Returns Form, and attach the label outside your returns parcel. We do not currently offer free returns on our website for orders that you’d like to return.

We only offer free returns on items which are faulty before they leave our warehouse or were dispatched incorrectly. In this situation, please contact customer service BEFORE you send these items back to us. This is because we cannot refund return postage costs that you have paid for.

We cannot give a refund for merchandise returned after the 28 days after delivery, in this case please contact us on help@amblerssafety.com

We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act providing:

• Your order is returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return or within 28 days after delivery.
• Your order is returned in full.
• Your order is returned suitable for re-sale in original box with all labels and packaging in place.

**We cannot provide compensation, replacements or refunds for any Amblers Safety UK products that have not been purchased directly from www.amblerssafety.com We advise you contact the retailer you purchased from as they are responsible under the Sale of Goods Act.

HOW TO RETURN

For your convenience, return instructions are also enclosed within the shipment.

Where can I find my order number? Your order number can be found on the invoice and packing note sent to you in the shipment and order confirmation e-mail (e.g. AS1234).

Please return footwear in the original shoe box with all tags and outer packaging in place. 

We reserve the right to refuse your return for damaged shoe boxes that are not in a resalable condition. 

Please ensure you take care when returning your product. You are required to take the items to a local Post Office with a return label attached to the outer carton that the goods arrived in. We would advise that you gain Proof of Postage and retain this until you have received your refund.

PROCESSING RETURNS

How long will it take to receive credit into my account? Please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be credited to your account.

PRODUCT RETURN FOR FAULTY OR RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE

Please contact our customer service team at help@amblerssafety.com if you believe you received a faulty product or received an incorrect item/size from us before returning at your own cost. If the item has been worn, the product must undergo inspection before a credit is made to your credit card. Please contact us for further instructions on returning merchandise that you believe is suffering a problem. We are unable to credit back postage costs so please contact us before returning at your own cost.

Do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim further.

**Please note we are unable to provide a refund or compensation for products bought from another retailer other than Amblers Safety UK or items that are outside of their 1-year warranty. Amblers Safety UK products purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase.

HOW DO I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?

We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size. If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be credited to your account. We do not credit for delivery costs incurred during your purchase.
